Deleting a team

A team that’s no longer needed can be deleted by its owner. Deleting it removes everything about the team for every member, permanently, and it cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

• Items, storages, and locations, along with their stock quantities and photos
• Membership, plus the team’s invitations and join links
• The team’s activity history and settings

Members’ own accounts aren’t deleted. They can still join other teams as before.

Before you delete

• If you want to keep a record of your stock, export a CSV from the items list first.
• If the team is on a paid plan, check your subscription status in Plans and billing.
• If you just want to hand it off to someone else, you don’t have to delete it — appoint another owner in Members and roles and let them take it from there.

Deleting the team

1. Open Team settings.
2. Press the button under Delete team.
3. Follow the confirmation prompt to delete it.

Only an owner can delete a team. Admins and members don’t see Delete team.

If you’re deleting your own account

A team where you’re the only member is deleted along with your account. You can’t delete your account while you’re the sole owner of a team that has other members.
