Notifications

Notification settings are personal and per team. You could, for example, receive notifications for your warehouse team while turning them off for your office-supplies team. Your settings never affect the notifications your colleagues receive.

Notifications you can receive

• Low-stock alerts: when an item falls to or below its threshold (see Low-stock alerts).
• Scheduled refills: when a recorded arrival date is reached (see Recording stock).
• Weekly report: a summary of the team’s activity and most-used items. Only sent to people who turn it on.

Changing your settings

In Team settings, under Notifications, toggle Email notifications and Weekly report email. Open notifications in team settings For push notifications in the iOS app, allow them in your device settings. The iOS app’s account settings also has a button to re-request notification permission.

Turning off notifications

Report emails include a one-click unsubscribe link, so you can stop receiving reports for that team without signing in.

For teams with Slack connected, you can choose what gets posted to the channel in team settings.
