Shop links
Shop links are the Buy / refill buttons on an item’s details page. Pressing one opens a search for that item’s name on an online store in a new tab. When you get a low-stock alert, you can go straight from there to find where to restock.
A shop link only opens a search on an online store; you complete the purchase there.
Which stores appear
Section titled “Which stores appear”Which stores appear is determined by the Country in Team settings. Up to three buttons are shown, drawn from the online stores available in that country.
Choosing stores
Section titled “Choosing stores”Owners and admins choose which stores appear and their order under Shopping links in team settings. At least one must be selected. In the iOS app, you can open the same setting from Choose stores in an item’s shop section.
Making restocking more reliable
Section titled “Making restocking more reliable”- Fill in an item’s How to reorder with your usual supplier and order quantity, so whoever restocks it buys the same thing.
- Record the stock once it arrives. For something already ordered but not yet here, you can register it as a scheduled refill.
