Color themes

Tana lets you use whatever color you like for each team. Pick a color theme under Team appearance in Team settings.

Choosing a theme

Themes are listed with a three-color swatch and a name. Pick one, and the screen’s colors change right away. The default, Monochrome, is an understated theme built on black and white that reserves color for stock-status indicators only.

There are 18 themes in all, including coral, mint, navy, and honey tones.

• Bright and lively: Coral Plum, Cyan Pop, Bubblegum, Tangerine Grey, Cream Soda
• Calm and understated: Mint Navy, Sky Harbor, Indigo Slate, Teal Paper, Deep Teal, Sand Taupe
• Warm: Amber Pine, Honey Shelf, Peach Blossom, Cocoa Rose, Navy Blush
• Darker tones: Violet Night, Ember Night

Per team, per person

A theme is set per team and per member.

• Give each team a different color, and you can tell which one you’re looking at at a glance.
• The theme you pick doesn’t affect other members. Everyone can use their own favorite color.

Light and dark mode

The light/dark/match-system toggle lives in account settings and applies across every team. Every theme has both a light and dark palette, so switching modes keeps whichever theme you’ve chosen.
