Plans and billing
Billing is per team, not per account. If you belong to three teams, each has its own plan. Only the team owner can manage the subscription.
Free plan
Section titled “Free plan”Every team starts free. No card required, no trial countdown. Even on the free plan, you can manage items, storages, and locations, print labels, and invite members.

Paid plan
Section titled “Paid plan”Upgrading unlocks features that aren’t on the free plan. See the pricing page for what’s included.
Managing your subscription
Section titled “Managing your subscription”Your current plan is shown under Billing in Team settings, or on the team’s billing page.
- A team with no subscription shows a button to subscribe to a plan. Pressing it takes you to the payment processor’s secure checkout.
- A subscribed team shows See billings, where you can change your payment method, view invoices, and cancel.
Card details are handled by the payment processor and are never stored by Tana.
